Description

Thorpe Farmhouse is a building with 17th-century origins, largely refronted and with an east elevation dating to the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick, with a hipped roof covered in old tiles. Some timber framing is visible on the east side. The farmhouse is two storeys high. The rear elevation features projecting gabled wings at each end, with original timber framing exposed within white roughcast panels. Small casement windows are present on the rear. A single-storey lean-to joins the two wings. The front elevation has 20th-century replacement windows.
