Description

A 17th-century barn, located to the north-east of Hoath Farmhouse, with alterations made since its original construction. The barn originally comprised five bays and was initially timber-framed, featuring Queen strut roof trusses—two of the original trusses remain, while others have been replaced. Some of the walls have been rebuilt using coursed malmstone, and the exterior is weather-boarded. Traces of threshing doors are still visible. The barn is included on the heritage register for group value, alongside Hoath Farmhouse.
