Description

This is a chest tomb dedicated to Benjamin Flint, located 8 yards southwest of the Church of St. Bartholomew in Horley. It dates from the early 18th century and is constructed of stone on a moulded stone plinth. The sides feature fielded panels with gadrooned corner piers. The flat lid, which is inscribed, has a moulded edge but is damaged.
