Description

Ringley Oak Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, later restored in the late 19th century. It is timber-framed and originally clad in red brick with blue headers below a fishscale tile hanging above. The roof is tiled, hipped to the right, and includes a large ridge stack located to the left of centre. The two-storey house has attics in gabled bays at each end, with three casement windows on the first floor. A ribbed door is situated to the left of centre, set within an open gabled porch supported by wooden posts.
