Cockshut Cottage is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-window cottage featuring clapboard siding and a tiled roof. The cottage has modern small-paned casement windows and a Dutch door that is sheltered by a bracketed pediment-shaped hood. There are modern extensions on the left side of the building.
