Description

107 Bell Street is a house dating from around 1840, although it likely has an older core. It is two storeys high and features seven windows, with the outer three on each side set in half-octagonal projecting bays. The exterior is finished in stucco, and it has an over-sailing, slated mansard roof with a bracketed eaves cornice. The first floor has sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor windows have vertical bars only. The entrance is marked by a quasi-classical wood porch that has a mutule cornice and square columns. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 107, 109A, 109B, 111, and 113.
