CAPEL C.P. COLDHARBOUR LANE TQ 14 NE ADDENDUM/253 Collickmore Farm House (formerly listed in 11.11.66 Holmwood C.P.) II

House. Late C16/C17. Bargate stone and sandstone rubble plinth with brick quoins to angles and brick banding courses above. Pebbledashed cladding above under plain tiled roofs. 2 storeys with double stacks to ridge on rear wing and end stack behind. C17 stacks to rear right. Attics to new entrance front with outer, tile-hung, on-eaves gables, plinth over basement storey below. Plat band over ground floor and plat bands to eaves. One diamond-pane, 3-light attic window in each gable, two 8-light cambered head windows to ends of first floor with diamond-pane tracery on upper lights over square pane over lights. 3-light window to centre of first floor. Two 3-light, cambered-head windows on ground floors. Central ribbed and studded door under diamond- pane transome light under brick keystoned head. Frieze above under moulded brick cornice with hexagonal-shaped panels in frieze. Impost mouldings remain for now vanished pilaster piers. Left hand return front:- blocked attic window, one first floor and one ground floor window. 2 windows in basement storey. 2 diamond-pane windows to left wing. Gabled brick porch with Horsham slab roof to left.
