Description
Fishfold Farm House is a house dating from the late 16th century, with 18th and 20th century extensions. It is timber framed, with a colourwashed brick underbuilding and brick infilling above. The 20th century roof is plain tiled and extends in a catslide across the rear. The original layout features a smoke bay plan. The house consists of three framed bays, with an offset 18th century stack at the right end and a smaller stack at the left end. There is a tension brace to the first floor left of centre. The first floor has three windows, while the ground floor features one large window to the right, smaller casements to the left and right of centre, and a further window with a cambered head to the left. A part glazed door is located to the left of centre.
