Description
Pincott Farm House is a house with an early 16th century core that has been extended at both ends and the rear in the 19th and 20th centuries. It features a timber frame that is underbuilt in red and brown brick, with brick infill in the exposed frame above. The roofs are plain tiled, hipped with gablets at the front and gabled at the rear wings. The house has two storeys and includes a large stack on the right with "stepped shoulders" and additional stacks at the rear. The front range consists of three framed bays with tension bracing on the centre right of the first floor. There is a jowled post at the corner. The first floor has three casement windows, while the ground floor has four casement windows. On the left-hand return front, there are four casements on the first floor, one casement and one square bay window on the ground floor to the left, and a stable style door to the right. There are doubled gable extensions to the left and further extensions at the rear.
