Description
Billhurst Farmhouse is a house dating from around 1720. It is constructed of colourwashed brick on a rendered plinth and features hipped parallel range roofs. The building has two storeys above a cellar, with a plat band over the ground floor and a brick eaves string course at the front. There are end stacks and a symmetrical front with three bays. The first floor has three 12-pane glazing bar sash windows in flush boxes, while two similar windows are located below on the ground floor, dating from the 18th century. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door, with the top four panels being glazed, accessed by a flight of five steps. Inside, some timber partition walls are exposed.
