Description

This is a barn, now used as a garage, located 70 yards southeast of Cowshot Manor. It dates from the 18th century and was restored in the 20th century. The structure is timber framed, standing on a brick and stone base, with weatherboard cladding above. It features a thatched roof that extends down over a pentice at the east end. The barn is rectangular in shape, consisting of three framed bays with casement windows at the west end and three garage doors along the south side. It is included in the listing for its group value context.
