Circa 1900. Two storeys. Ground floor glazed tile. First floor roughcast. flipped slate roof. Brick stscks. Deeply coved eaves cornice over tile string. Single first floor casement with glazing bars, projecting on coved oriel. Ground floor has two side wings, with double curved ramping parapets. Moulded cornice over continuous plain fascia, taken on pilasters with green glazed tile panels in brown borders. Between pilasters are, alternately, three doors with oblong fanlights, and two plate glass windows over green glazed tile panels with brown borders. Garage doors in left hand wing.
