C18. Former Bugby Chapel, the first dissenting Chapel in Epsom, called after its first minister, the Revd. Bugby, who died in 1772. Rendered. Hipped and sprocketed tile roof. One storey. Brick modillion eaves cornice. South side has two round-arched windows with intersecting glazing bars. Panelled double doors, gabled hood with pitched tile roof and bargeboards. North side has two round-arched sashes.

Rose Cottage, Former Bugby Chapel (Former Synagogue) form a group together with Nos 1 to 17 (odd) on the north side.
