Description

Flint Cottage, built in 1843, is a two-storey building located on East Street in Epsom. It features a construction of nodular flint with red brick dressings and a hipped slate roof. The cottage has a brick band and three ranges of sash windows with glazing bars. There are two modern doors set within a porch that is in antis. A panel on the building displays the name "Flint Cottage, 1843".
