Description

These are a group of four early 19th-century houses, numbered 2 to 8, along West Gardens. The houses are weatherboarded with hipped slate roofs, and have one brick chimney stack and two rendered chimney stacks. They are two storeys high, with four ranges of sash windows incorporating glazing bars. The front doors are flush-panelled, with two having flat hoods; one hood is supported by ornamental iron brackets and another by wooden consoles. A weatherboarded shed with a pitched pantile roof and one storey is attached to number 8. The listing has been amended to reflect that the shed belongs to number 10 instead of number 8.
