Description

Longdown Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on College Road in Epsom. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a hipped slate roof. The cottage is two storeys high and has three sash windows with glazing bars. A central porch with piers adds to its architectural charm, along with a cornice and bracketed eaves.
