Description

Down Hall is an early 19th-century house of two storeys, constructed of stock brick. The upper floor features three French casement windows opening onto a balcony supported by Doric columns with a frieze and cornice, and incorporating a cast iron railing. A central doorcase is topped with a semi-circular fanlight. Bowed windows are positioned on either side of the door. The building has modillioned eaves and a flat, hipped slate roof.
