GV II Ancillary building to engine house and boiler house. c1851-52 by James Simpson, originally for Lambeth Waterworks Co. Built of stock brick with stone dressings and slate roof. Gable ended with stone coping and kneelers. Plinth. Buttresses. Louvred oculus to gable. Three pivoting metal casements. Included for group value.
