Description

Church Gate House is a house built around 1700. It features brick at the lower level and is tile hung above, with bands of fishscale tiling and plain tiled roofs. The house has an end stack to the left and stands two storeys tall with an attic, which is highlighted by two lead-covered dormers. There is a plat band over the ground floor. The building has five bays with glazing bar sash windows set in open boxes. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with glazed top panels, sheltered by a flat hood supported on brackets.
