Description
Brooklands Industrial Park Building T120, formerly known as the Aero Control Tower, is a club house and control tower built in 1932 by Graham Dawbarn in the International Modern style. The structure is made of rendered brick and features a flat concrete roof. It has a symmetrical design with three storeys, including a taller stair turret, and two-storey projections on the entrance front. The ground floor has five metal casement windows and a central entrance. On the airfield side, there are single-storey wings with additional projections. The building remains unaltered and is significant as an airfield structure in the modern style, reflecting its important connections to the history of British aviation at Brooklands.
