Description

Quince Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on Church Road in Byfleet. It is timber framed with brick cladding on a rendered plinth, and tile hanging above. The roof is hipped and tiled, with an end stack on the left and an original stack to the rear right. The two-storey facade features casement windows on the first floor, and ground floor windows with heavy wooden lintels. A half-hipped bay is recessed to the right, containing a 20th-century planked and part-glazed door. A garage extension is on the right, and there is a further extension to the rear. Eaves corners are detailed with tiles on edge.
