Description

Ashley House is a mid-18th century house located on Oatlands Drive in Weybridge. It is constructed of rendered brick with plain tiled roofs, featuring end stacks on either side of the centre. The house has a "T" shaped plan, incorporating a hipped roof projection to the right and a smaller, gabled front wing set back to the left.

The two-storey hipped projection features a single sash window with glazing bars under a cambered head on the first floor, flanked by blank panels. A further sash window is located on the first floor of the gable front wing. A 20th-century wood bay window is present on the ground floor to the right. A panelled door with a transome light is set back to the left, with flanking windows separated by Doric pilasters.

The rear elevation is of red brick and has four cased sash windows. A panelled door is set under a glazed fanlight.
