Description
Park House is a house that has been converted into offices. The front of the building dates from the late 18th century, while the rear is from the early 18th century. It features a yellow stock brick facade with a hipped slate roof and rendered end stacks. The rear is made of colourwashed brick with a plain tiled roof. The main front has three storeys and is four bays wide, showcasing glazing bar sash windows beneath gauged hoods. To the right of the centre, there is a six-panelled door with a traceried fanlight above, all under a flat cornice hood with a fluted pilaster surround. A round paterae frieze can be seen as well. The rear of the building has two storeys and a plat band over the first floor, with a first-floor window to the left set in a fluted surround.
