Description

This lamp post, located 20 yards southeast of No. 17 in Whiteley Village, dates from around 1912. It is made of cast iron and features a square, four-legged base. The lamp post has a diagonally framed basket top that supports a tapering standard. The lantern is adorned with a decorative finial and is mounted on a double scroll-work arm that curves in an S-shape.
