Description

This is a lamp post located 15 yards north of No. 59 in Whiteley Village, dating from around 1912. It is made of cast iron and features a four-legged square base with a diagonally framed basket top. The lamp post has a tapering standard that supports a lantern, which is topped with a decorative finial and held by a double scroll-work, S-curve arm.
