Description

The York Tomb, located 35 metres north of the Church of St James in Weybridge, is a Grade II listed chest tomb dedicated to Frederica, Duchess of York, who died in 1820. The tomb is a low rectangular structure made of stone, approximately 60 cm high, set on a stone plinth. It features a flat lid and is surrounded by an iron railing with conical top spears. The corner and middle spears have reeded shafts and crowns on cushion finials.
