Description

The Cottage is an 18th-century house that was remodeled in the 1970s. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled stone slate roof with a brick stack at the rear. The building has a one-unit plan and is two storeys high, with a two-window range. There is a timber lintel above the opening that contains a recessed 20th-century door and window, and timber lintels over 20th-century sash windows. A 20th-century extension has been added to the rear. The interior has not been inspected, but the building is included for its group value.
