Description

GREAT TEW SP42NW 6/9 Cottage and stables approx. 30m. E of Park Farm Barn GV II Cottage and stable. c.1820. Coursed squared marlstone and limestone with marlstone-ashlar dressings; corrugated-iron roof. Single range. 2 storeys. 4-window front facing yard has, to left of centre, a wide cart entry with a window above, and the 2 bays to right have 4 windows with labels, serving a cottage. Further mullioned window in left end wall; right end has a stone stair leading to a segmental-arched loft door. Roof has gable parapets with projecting kneelers. Interior not inspected.
