Description
This building is a cottage and stables, dating from around 1820, located approximately 30 meters east of Park Farm Barn in Great Tew. It is constructed from coursed squared marlstone and limestone, featuring marlstone-ashlar dressings, and has a corrugated-iron roof. The structure is a single range with two storeys and a four-window front facing a yard. To the left of the center, there is a wide cart entry with a window above it, while the two bays to the right contain four windows with labels, which serve the cottage. There is also a further mullioned window in the left end wall, and the right end has a stone stair leading to a segmental-arched loft door. The roof is adorned with gable parapets and projecting kneelers. The interior has not been inspected.
