Description
Jackie is a former inn that has been converted into a clothes shop. It dates back to the 18th century and is constructed of coursed and squared rubblestone, featuring dressed quoins. The building has a gabled slate roof and three ridge stone stacks made of reconstituted stone. It stands three storeys tall and has a six-window range. All the upper windows are large pane sashes set within flush dressings and have keyed beads. The ground floor features two 20th-century plate glass shop windows on either side of a 20th-century doorway with a Gibbs surround and a pediment above. The entrance has double leaf folding doors, each with four raised fielded panels, and a rectangular fanlight above. There is also a carriage arch in the right-hand bay, which has a tripartite keystone.
