Description

Waterside Cottage is a house that likely dates from the early 18th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed from coursed stone rubble and features a stone slate roof, with a stone stack at the left end. The building is two stories high and has two bays, with a single window range. There are 6-pane windows on both the ground and first floors. The fenestration is irregular, with casements on the left and right returns, as well as at the rear. A 20th-century door is located at the rear of the cottage. The interior has not been inspected. The cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
