Description
The Tree House is a house that likely dates from the early 19th century, possibly built on earlier foundations. It is constructed of squared coursed stone with ashlar surrounds around the door and windows, and it has a slate roof with coped gables and brick stacks at the ends. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range. The central entrance features a six-panel part-glazed door topped by a stone hood with an open pediment, supported by shaped stone brackets. On the ground floor, there are three-light wooden casements on the left and right, each with stone lintels that have keystones. The first floor has two-light casements, also with stone lintels featuring keystones. The interior has not been inspected.
