Description
Dolphin Cottage and Yewtree Cottage is a house that has been divided into two dwellings. The building features a 17th-century range that serves as a cross-wing to an 18th-century main block. It is constructed from coursed rubble stone and has stone slate roofs with various stone stacks. The main range is two stories high and has two bays, while the cross-wing to the right is single-story with an attic and three bays. There is a plank door located on the right side of the cross-wing and another plank door in the center of the main front of the main range, which has a stone hood supported by stone brackets. The main block has irregularly placed casement windows, while the cross-wing features stone mullion windows. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included for its group value.
