Description

The Rookery is an 18th-century house constructed from coursed stone rubble with a stone slate roof. It features a stone end stack on the right and a ridge stack near the center. The building is single storey with an attic and has a four-bay range that runs at right angles to the street. There is a plank door located at the center, with garage doors to the left. To the right of the center, there is a two-light casement window with a wooden lintel. Additionally, there are two gabled dormers on the right side. The interior has not been inspected.
