Description

This chest tomb, located 2 yards east of the east end of St Mary's Church in Chipping Norton, dates from the 18th century. It commemorates John Biggeby, who died in either 1733 or 1755. The tomb is constructed of ashlar stone and features a moulded cornice, corner quarter balusters, and decorative gadrooning.
