The Mount, located approximately 160 meters south-southwest of Sandford Park, is a circular structure dating from the 17th to early 18th century. It features a spiraling ascent path and is supported by limestone rubble retaining walls, creating a three-tier design. This mount is a notable feature within the gardens of Sandford Park, which is recognized in the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission County Register of Gardens at Grade II.
