Description

Willow Cottage, originally shown on the Ordnance Survey map as Willow Farm Cottage, is a farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It dates from the late 17th century and is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a gabled tile roof and a stone stack at the left end. The building has a two-unit outshut plan and stands two storeys high, featuring a two-window range. There are timber lintels above a 20th-century door and flanking two-light casements. The rear also has chamfered timber lintels over a 20th-century door and windows. The interior has not been inspected but is noted to have chamfered beams.
