Description
This is a house, now used as two shops and a dwelling, dating from the early to mid-18th century with later alterations. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, with a stuccoed front. The roof is covered in gabled concrete tiles, and there are brick end stacks. The building has a three-unit plan, with two storeys and an attic, and originally had a three-window front. Modern shop windows are now present at ground floor; the first floor retains mid-19th century six-pane sash windows. Gabled 20th-century roof dormers have been added. The interior was noted to contain chamfered beams on the first floor, although it has not been inspected.
