Description
Old Man Leys Farm includes a barn and an attached building located approximately 4 meters northwest of the farmhouse. The barn dates from the 18th century and is likely not constructed in a single phase. It is built from coursed squared limestone and features an old plain-tile roof. The barn has eight bays, with the front facing the yard showcasing two wide doorways located in the third and sixth bays. The rear side includes two porches with double doors and hipped roofs, along with an outshut positioned between them. The attached building on the right has a parallel roof and features a high opening on the left side, a doorway on the right return side, and two additional openings above. Inside the barn, there is a wall that divides off the fifth, sixth, and seventh bays, and it has a butt purlin roof.
