Description

Goldenbridge Cottage is a house, formerly two dwellings, built around 1830. It is constructed of squared and coursed limestone with brick quoins and dressings, topped by a gabled 20th-century pantile roof and featuring brick end stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with a three-window range. It displays segmental brick arches and jambs for the two flanking one-light casements, while the two-light casements on the first floor are supported by timber lintels. There is a blocked door with a segmental brick arch above, leading to a 20th-century door at the rear. The interior has not been inspected. The cottage is included for its group value.
