Description
No. 34 High Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the late 18th century, with an early 19th-century extension. The building is constructed from coursed and squared limestone and features a gabled stone slate roof, with brick stacks at the ends. It has a two-unit plan and is two storeys high, with a two-window range. The front has a 20th-century shop front, and there are timber lintels above the mid to late 19th-century sash windows on the first floor. The early 19th-century extension on the left is made from similar materials and has a gabled Welsh slate roof, consisting of a two-storey, one-bay range with a carriage entry. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
