Description

Mignonette is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Bampton Market Square. It is constructed from coursed rubble limestone and features a slate roof with a brick chimney situated between the left bays. The building has two storeys and three bays. The windows are wooden casements with single horizontal glazing bars; the ground floor has three-light casements, while the first floor has two-light casements, all of which were renewed in the 20th century. There is a 20th-century half-glazed door with a wooden lintel positioned between the right bays, with the right bay set at a slight angle to the rest of the house. Mignonette is included in the listing for its group value.
