Description

The Richard Philips memorials, located about 10 yards south of the south porch of St Mary's Church in Chipping Norton, is a chest tomb dating from 1819. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features panelled sides, a moulded plinth, and a cornice, topped with a shallow hipped capping.
