Description
Teribus and Porters Cottage is a pair of cottages dating from the early to mid-18th century, likely a remodelling of earlier structures. They are built of coursed rubble with a Cotswold stone roof and feature end chimneys. The cottages have a through passage plan with rear extensions and are two storeys high. The façade consists of three bays, with the outer windows featuring segment-headed raised flat architraves that include bead-moulding and keystones, and are fitted with glazing-bar sashes. The centre window on the first floor is a simple two-light casement with a timber lintel. There is a plain doorway below, also with a timber lintel, leading to a half-glazed door for a common alley that provides access to both cottages.
