Description

College Cottage is a house dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century. It features a timber-framed structure with close studding and a middle rail, while the right bay is made of 20th-century brick. The roof is covered with 20th-century tiles, and there are brick stacks. The building has a two-storey, four-window range with a 20th-century porch and door, as well as 20th-century casements. The roof is gabled and includes a 17th-century triple-flue ridge stack. The interior has not been inspected. There is a 20th-century one-storey extension to the right gable and a 1.5-storey extension to the rear right.
