Description

Rectory Stables is a barn that has been converted into stables, likely dating from the 17th century. It features weatherboarding over a light timber frame, resting on a chalk block base, with a roof covered in wood shingles. The building has a seven-bay aisled plan. The front, which faces Rectory House, includes central doors from the 20th century and six 20th-century casement windows. The roof is hipped, but the interior roof construction is hidden by insulating boards that have been added at the tie-beam level.
