Description

This chest tomb, dated 1734, is located approximately 15 metres east of the chancel of the Church of All Saints in Sutton Courtenay. It is made of stone and features a moulded plinth. Each side has a fielded panel, and there is an oval panel with spandrels at each end. The corners are adorned with baluster mouldings, and it has a moulded slate top that includes incised armorial bearings.
