Description

This is a farmhouse, now divided into two separate dwellings, likely dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with brick dressings and flared brick headers. The roof is tiled, hipped, and features a brick stack located to the right of the centre. The original plan probably comprised three rooms arranged in a lobby-entry configuration. The building has two storeys and a four-window facade. A plank door is positioned to the right of the centre, topped with a segmental brick arch, while a plank door replaces a window to the left, also with a flat brick arch. Early 20th-century three-light casement windows are set within flat brick arches in all openings. A blind panel is present on the first floor, to the right of the centre. A dentil course runs along the eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
