Description
The Vicarage is a vicarage that likely dates from the late 17th century, with a front added in the 18th century. It is constructed of roughcast, probably over brick, and has an old plain-tile roof. The building features a brick end stack on the left and a ridge stack to the right of the center. It is designed in a probable three-unit lobby-entry plan and has two storeys and an attic, with a four-window range.
The entrance is a six-panel part-glazed door located to the right of the center, framed by a panelled wood surround and topped with a flat hood supported by richly carved brackets. The ground floor has 16-pane unhorned sash windows, except for a 16-pane horned sash window on the right. The first floor features 12-pane unhorned sash windows. There are also two 19th-century gabled full dormers with 2-light casements. The right side of the building has brickwork on the ground and first floors, with fish-scale tile-hanging on the gable end. The interior has not been inspected.
