Description

This barn, located approximately 20 meters northwest of St Amand's House, dates from the late 17th century. It features a stone uncoursed rubble plinth with some 20th-century red brick patching. The structure is largely timber-framed and has weatherboarding, topped by a hipped thatch roof with a catslide on the right side. The barn consists of five bays and has central plank double doors, along with additional plank double doors to the right. Inside, there is a queen-post roof that retains most of its original common rafters.
