Description

Nos. 43 and 45 Grove Street is a house that has been converted into two dwellings, built around 1790 to 1800. The building is constructed of limestone ashlar and features an old and 20th-century tiled roof, along with an ashlar stack. It has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high, with a four-window range. The windows have keyed stone lintels above 20th-century doors with overlights, while No. 45 has sash windows on the right and 20th-century windows on the left. There is a raised storey band and a gabled roof with a ridge stack that has a moulded top. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
